Meet the Walkers
We're wedding videographers, who met at college in 2019, attending Utah Valley University. We were in a business spanish class (Rio's major and Tane's minor) and our cute teacher happened to put us in a group project together. Rio slid into Tane's DM's, and the rest is history.
Rio is from Southern California and loves the sun and Tane is from Utah and loves the snow so we compromised and live by the beach in So. Cal! (Happy wife happy life, right?) We love the beauty of each state and are so happy when a couple decides to elope or throw a wedding party in either of our old stomping grounds.
Videography is something Rio has done since a teenager and since taught and trained Tane to do as well. Traveling is a big love of ours and filming weddings and elopements has brought us to so many beautiful places in the world.
We ended up eloping in Colorado (we're all about beautiful mountain weddings) at the beginning of covid and understand how stressful and hard planning and the big day can be. We like to take pressure off of couples and let them enjoy their celebration and commitment to one another while capturing the raw emotions on camera for them to enjoy and relive over and over.

Our dream wedding

We have a special place in our hearts for intimate elopements & mountain weddings.
What started out as the most stressful week of our lives, quickly turned to the best. We relocated to my aunts beautiful, woodsy backyard in Colorado (one of the best places to elope in our slightly biased opinion!), with those that were most important to us attending.
We hiked a few minutes into the mountains behind their house, to the perfect, secluded spot and set up a couple of rows of chairs for our loved ones to witness our ceremony. We lined the small aisle with different rugs and over-sized pampas. My younger brother quickly got his license to marry (oops) and was the one to marry us; one of my favorite memories from this day.
We celebrated all night long with wood fire pizza and waffles, laughing and enjoying time together as family. We danced to ABBA under the stars and even still had our sparkler exit. As Tane and I drove off from our wedding, it started to rain, making it the perfect ending to our perfect day.
Do it. Ditch the big wedding! We are so grateful we did.
Tane and I had planned our dream wedding up in Northern California in the Redwood Forest. After months of planning, we finally felt like we had everything ready to go. Everyone's tickets were bought, stays were arranged, vendors were chosen and paid, it was time to enjoy.
Exactly ONE WEEK before our wedding date, we received a call from the venue informing us that the Nor Cal fires had gone through the venue, and there was no way we could get married there the following week. Talk about pure PANIC! Those months and long nights of planning every detail went out the door, and we were back to square one. Never mind we had to do it in less than a week.
I bet you can already tell where our love for micro weddings and elopements was born. I quickly saw the beauty in the simplicity that only small, intimate weddings can bring. The focus went from making our guests happy and perfecting every last detail to, us and the commitment we were making to eachother.

- Loves loves loves to travel, one of the best things about our job.
- Swim teacher for a hot second in my mom's back yard, with absolutely zero swim background haha
- Hobbies are jeeping and outdoor sports
- Proud cat dad. (converted to cats after he met my fat cat Stormy)
- Loves a good road trip. Would rather drive than fly in most cases.
- Obsessed with Fantasy Football. Anyone else's man spend too much time on this?

Kind Words
We used Rio and her mother as our elopement videographer and photographer for our intimate elopement in Zion in February and it was such a wholesome and fun experience. She made us feel so comfortable and really added to the special day. She knew how important it was for us to have a great video as our family couldn’t be there due to Covid. From the sneak peak to the whole video, her work is AMAZING. We are so blown away and so thankful. The amazing energy that she puts off is enough of a reason to hire her.
